Everything was lovely, magnificent location close to the motorway which is really handy when travelling, the staff were exceptional. Friendly service at the restaurant!

Thank you everyone for a decent stay in a family room with teenage boys. The staff were kind, obliging, will be back. The location was favourable and fab, just off the wall and the motorway and nearby stores.

Thoughtful staff and recently refurbished rooms, we had an enjoyable experience. The location was easy and incredible, so close to the motorway, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, loved this place. The service was very good, including rich breakfasts and an excellent pool.

The room met needs well, tidy with good facilities. The staff was that need training in customer service, check out was late. The pool was well-maintained and the garden — small.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Fine base for 1 night.

Ideal location and spotlessly clean place, I loved efficient staff. Pastries and bacon for breakfast, nice touch. Location really close to the motorway for a very convenient half way stop off on the way home from a holiday in south Devon, hill. Beautifully kept hotel and good service. Also, it had parking on-site.

Optimal location, thoughtful service and outstanding food. The rooms are fully functional and the bathrooms are fairly clean.

I loved staff and food. It was walking distance to King of Spice, where you can have lunch.

Very pleasant staff plus the breakfast was tasty. Great bedroom and clean bathroom. Facilities were excellent and beds were extremely comfy. I had access to secure parking, good pool.

Property is luxury and tidy, breakfast is savoury. It's compact with super beds and lovely views.

The staff was polite, the room was very clean. There are some restaurants in this area like the black sheep within 15 minutes' walk. This hotel is awesome, glad we chose it.

Would return here if ever in Bristol, it was dope! The breakfast was warm and the stay was great. Hotel's waitress helped us a lot! We truly enjoyed the amenities, such as a private safe, a flat screen TV and a writing table. Besides, parking is on-site...
